Property Checks/Vacant Home Management

Whether you fly south for the winter, have a 2nd home, or leave for an extended vacation, we can inspect your property regularly while you’re away.  We can also set up vacancy checks on a periodic time table of your choosing. A few examples of services we provide for vacant home management are: 

• Scheduled checks on a Monthly or Weekly basis 

• Safety Inspections of the Interior and Exterior (door and window locks, garage doors, gates, and fences)

• Thermostats and Temperature

• Smoke Alarms and Carbon Monoxide Detectors

• Plumbing (run faucets, flush toilets, check for leaks)

• Electrical (light bulbs and switches)

• Appliances (functioning properly)

• Pests (looking in cabinets and pantries)
